Rice with Kemeli

Ingredients (Serves 4)
2 cups riceç 
300 gr cubed meat
1 tablespoon tomato paste
½ kg keme
1 large onion
3 tablespoons plain oil 
1 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups water Salt

Preparation
Put the meat in the pot and cook. In two tablespoons of plain oil, the softened meat is stirred a few times, finely chopped onions are added and sautéed until it turns pink. The rice is washed and put into a pot, roasted, two spoons of tomato paste is added to the rice and roasted, then four glasses of water, salt and black pepper are added and the rice is cooked on low heat. The keme is cleaned and washed, cut into small cubes and roasted in the remaining oil in a pan on low heat. Salt and black pepper are added, mixed into the rice and placed on a serving plate, eaten with bostan.
