Has Tzatziki

Ingredients (Serves 6)
1 lettuce
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 kg yogurt
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon
mint
Preparation
Lettuce is separated from its roots, washed cleanly, drained, and finely chopped. Garlic is peeled and crushed. Yogurt is whipped and salt, chopped lettuce and garlic are added and mixed. It is served by putting it in bowls and pouring mint on top.
