Fried Egg Kömeç

Ingredients (Serves 4)
½ cups plain oil 1 kg mallow
4 eggs
2 medium onions 1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes Salt

Preparation
Wash and chop the mallow. Clean and finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan with half the oil. Add the mallow and fry until it softens. Sprinkle red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper on top and mix. The beaten eggs are heated in the remaining oil in a pan, made slippery and placed on the mallow, which is placed on a serving plate.
