Cirişli Meatballs (2nd Method)

Ingredients (Serves 6) 
3 tablespoons of clarified butter 
4 cups of iriş
4 tablespoons of red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons of tomato paste 
1 tablespoon of red pepper paste
5-6 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of parsley
Salt

Preparation
Four cups of iriş are soaked in a large bowl, left to rest for a while, then red pepper flakes and salt are added and kneaded like meatballs. The meatballs are rolled into balls the size of marbles, indented by pressing your finger on them and placed on a floured tray so that they do not stick to each other, then boiled in a pot of boiling salted water and placed on a serving plate. In the meantime, two tablespoons of tomato paste and one tablespoon of pepper paste are fried in the clarified butter melted in a pan, a glass of water is added and left to boil. When the tomato paste smell is gone, add five or six crushed garlic cloves to the sauce and pour over the meatballs on the serving plate and eat with finely chopped parsley on top.
