Chickpea and Meat Freekeh

Ingredients (Serves 4)
300 gr lean cubed meat
4 cups water
1 cup chickpeas
2 cups phyllo dough
4 tablespoons plain butter
2 teaspoons black pepper Salt
Preparation
Put the meat in a pot and cook with water. Soaked overnight, the chickpeas are boiled in a pot until they soften. Put the oil in the pot, add the cooked meat and fry until they turn pink, then place on a plate. Put the cleaned firik in the remaining oil in the pot and fry it and add four glasses of meat broth. When the water boils, add chickpeas, black pepper and salt and cook. Put the brewed firik on a plate, serve with meat on top. Eat with grape salad or bostan.
