Stuffed Rice

Ingredients (Serves 4)
½ kg riceç
1 lamb liver
½ cup clarified butter
1 large onion 
1 pack of pine nuts  (snober)
1 pack of raisins 
1 teaspoon mixed spices 
1 liter of water
Salt

Preparation
Oil is poured into the pot and placed on the fire. Roast the pine nuts in the heated oil until they turn pink and put them on a plate. Add the finely chopped onions and finely chopped livers to the same pot and turn them pink. Wash the rice, put it in the pot and roast it. Add water, add the raisins, spices and salt and cook on low heat. Add the pine nuts just before turning off the heat. Put the brewed rice on a serving plate and eat it with the greens.
