Rice with Minced Meat and Almonds

Ingredients (Serves 4)
½ kg lean (mutton) ground meat
2 cups riceç
1 cup water almond
1 cup clarified butter
1 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups water

Preparation
Rice is washed and soaked in hot salted water. The almonds placed in a pot are boiled with water until their shells soften, then removed from the heat and their shells are peeled. Half a glass of oil is added to the pot and the prepared almonds are roasted until they turn pink, then removed from the oil and placed on a plate. When the minced meat placed in the pan reaches the consistency of roasting, salt and pepper are added, while the remaining oil is placed in a pot. The previously soaked and drained rice is added to the well-heated oil and roasted, water and salt are added and left to cook. When the water starts to boil, the heat is reduced, and when the water is absorbed, it is removed from the heat and left to rest. Place the rested rice on a serving plate, spread the roasted minced meat and then the almonds on top and serve hot.
