Ingredients (Serves 4)
1.5 cups starch
1 cup grape molasses
½ cup oil

Preparation
Put some oil in a pot and heat it. Pour the starch into the pot and roast it over low heat until it becomes grainy, then add the molasses. After stirring until it becomes grainy like bulgur, remove from heat and serve cold.

*Originally, it is called ‘asî and it means bulamaçccedil in Arabic. It is also called molasses halva.
