Olive Garden

Ingredients (Serves 6)
1 kg fresh tomatoes 
5-6 fresh peppers
200 gr green olives
½ bunch of parsley
½ bunch of mint
8-10 green onions
Half a tea glass of pomegranate molasses 
Salt

Preparation
Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds from the green olives and chop them finely. Chop the peppers, green onions, parsley very finely and mix together. Pomegranate molasses, salt, half a glass of water are added and placed in bowls. It is mostly made from mid-autumn onwards. It is usually eaten with pilafs and dry dishes.
