Keme Garden

Ingredients (Serves 6)
1 kg keme
½ bunch of parsley
6-7 green onions
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
Preparation
After cleaning the keme, boil it well and chop it into dice size. Finely chop the green onion and parsley, add salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, mix and place on a serving plate. It is made in April-May when the kemen is dug out of the soil.
