Vermicelli Salad

Ingredients (Serves 6)
1 kg fresh grape leaves
1 kg cucumber (or hitti) 
4-5 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon dried mint
Salt

Preparation
Green grape leaves are washed, sorted and their water is extracted. Peel the cucumber and chop it very finely, remove the garlic skin and crush it. Put the cucumber and crushed garlic in a serving bowl. &Uum;verjuice is poured over it, salt is added, mixed, placed in small bowls and finely dried mint is sprinkled on top. Its flavor is at its peak with ice thrown into the bowls at the beginning of summer. Other times it is made with bottled preserved verjuice. Bon appetit.
