Lolaz Dress

Ingredients (Serves 6)
1 kg lolaz
1 bunch green onion
1 bunch parsley 
Henna pepper
5 lemons Radish
Mint 
Salt

Preparation
Lolaz is cleaned and washed, placed in a pot and boiled thoroughly. The boiled lolaz is taken to a strainer and left to drain. Green onion and parsley are cleaned, washed with plenty of water, chopped and mixed in a bowl. The radish is peeled and cut into thin, matchstick pieces. cut into pieces. Lemon is cut or its juice is taken out and left on the table.

Preparation of lolaz: A half-open bread (lavash) is filled with a three-tea glass of boiled lolaz. Then, after adding onion-parsley mixture, salt, henna pepper, lemon juice is dripped on it and it is rolled up and eaten with radish and ayran.
