Ingredients (Serves 5)
½ kg unsalted roasted chickpeas
1 cup granulated sugar
Preparation
Unsalted roasted chickpeas are pounded with granulated sugar in a mortar and turned into flour. It is poured onto plates and eaten with a spoon. This mixture, which is offered to guests in the bath by women who have just given birth, is a food that children love to eat at other times.
