Slippery

Ingredients (Serves 3)
6 eggs
½ tea glass of plain butter 
1 tea spoon of salt

Preparation
After breaking the eggs into a deep bowl, add salt and beat until they turn white. On the other hand, put oil in a pan and heat the bottom. When the oil is hot, pour the egg in the bowl into the pan and cook until lightly browned on both sides, then place on a serving plate.
