Syrah Slurry

Ingredients
2 cups molasses 
3.5 tablespoons flour
3.5 tablespoons starch 
3-4 tablespoons granulated sugar 
1 cup walnut kernels
Water

Preparation
Six cups of water are poured over two cups of molasses in a pot and left to boil. In another bowl, mix the starch and flour with two cups of water. Boil until no lumps remain and add a few drops of molasses, which has become syrup. ladled and added to the flour and starch water, mixed. This mixture is heated a little and slowly poured into the syrup in the pot, and after it is mixed and boiled well, when it reaches the consistency of pudding, sugar is added according to taste and poured into plates, walnuts are sprinkled on top and eaten.
