Tray Comb

Ingredients (For 4 People)
1 kg scallop meat 2-3 red peppers
2 tomatoes
1 large onion 1 head of garlic
1 tea glass of plain oil Salt and spices

Preparation
The meat is placed in a tray in pieces. The tomatoes, red peppers, onions and garlic are cleaned and chopped into small pieces. All of them are placed on the meat, oil, tomato paste, salt and spices are added and kneaded well. A glass of water is added to it and sent to the oven.

*In the Urfa dialect, it is pronounced as ‘sinidaraklığı’. Sînî means a large tray in Persian. Taraklık refers to the chop part of the meat
