Roasted Meat

Ingredients (For 6 People)
1 kg lean lamb pieces
5 kg keme
3 tablespoons of clarified butter
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1.5 cups of water
Salt
Preparation
After scraping the outside of the keme that has been soaked in water with the tip of a knife, wash it with plenty of water and chop it into cube-sized pieces. Wash the cubed meat and put it in a pot, add water and let it boil. When the meat changes color, add the keme and continue boiling. When the keme softens, add oil. After draining the water and frying it in oil, add salt and pepper, remove from heat, put on a serving plate and eat with white rice.
