Frying

Ingredients (Serves 4)
1 kg lamb cubes
1 large onion
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoons clarified butter
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon mixed spices
3-4 glasses of water

Preparation
Wash the meat and put it in a pot. When it releases its own juices and absorbs it, add the oil and add the medium-sized chopped onions. Continue to fry until the meat turns pink and then add the tomato paste. Three or four glasses of water, salt and spices are added and left to cook. When the meat is completely soft, it is removed from the heat and served in its watery form. It is eaten with green onions and white rice.
