Cagala Vaccine

Ingredients (Serves 6)
1 kg of agave
300 gr cubed meat
½ tea glass of plain oil 4-5 fresh garlic cloves 3 cubed sugar

Preparation
The agave is cut in half, the almonds are removed, and washed clean. After the cubed meat is boiled for half an hour, it is browned in the oil placed in the pot and the agave is added and roasted together. Two-three glasses of water or broth, salt and cubed sugar are added. When the water is absorbed, the garlic is cleaned, finely chopped and added to the pot, and when it is cooked, it is removed from the heat. The dish is placed on a serving plate and eaten with plain rice pilaf. It is a spring food.
