Bazaar Katmeri

Ingredients (Serves 6)
1 tea glass of plain butter
2 eggs
4 tablespoons of yogurt
½ lemon
1 package of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
As much flour as you can

Ingredients
750 gr unsalted cheese 1 cup plain butter 4 cups sugar 1.5 cups water a few drops of lemon juice

Preparation
A cup of oil, four tablespoons of yogurt, two eggs, baking powder, salt and half a lemon juice are added to a deep bowl and mixed. As much flour as possible is added and a dough is kneaded to the consistency of an earlobe, and left to rest for at least half an hour. The dough is divided into two and a ball slightly larger than thirty balls is made. Each ball is rolled out with the help of starch to the size of a tea plate. After opening, starch is sprinkled in between and five oats are placed on top of each other and rolled out to the size of a tray. Three of these oats are laid on top of each other, then the cheese is crushed and crumbled and placed on the oats. The remaining fifteen balls are rolled out in the same way and laid on the cheese in three layers. It is sliced into squares and ghee is spread on top. It is baked in a medium-heated oven until it turns pink. On the other hand, four cups of sugar and one and a half cups of water are mixed and a few drops of lemon juice are added and boiled. This prepared syrup is cooled and poured over the hot katmer that came out of the oven.
