Ingredients (Serves 5) 
Two loaves of sourdough from the oven 
750 gr granulated sugar
½ lemon
1 cup plain butter

Preparation
The dough is softened with water until it reaches the consistency of yogurt. Liquid oil is put into the special pan of the zingil. When the oil is hot, the dough is poured into those circles with a ladle and turned pink. On the other hand, sugar honey is made from granulated sugar. A few drops of lemon are squeezed. The fried zingil are thrown into the cooled sugar honey and placed on a serving plate.

*It is also called zingil in neighboring provinces.
**Zingil tavası: A special pan with 7-8 small, half-orange shaped holes on its bottom.
