Ingredients
Grapes
Bulgur
Starch
Flour
Cinnamon
Cloves
Preparation
Grapes that have been washed and crushed are mashed and boiled. When they become syrupy, bulgur is added and left to cook. A few bowls of syrup are put in a bucket and after it cools down, it is mixed with flour and starch, melted, and syrup is added on top. It is slowly mixed into the boiling cauldron and turned into a paste. After cooking for about two hours, cinnamon and cloves are added and mixed. After waiting for a day on the trays where it is poured, it is cut into rectangular/square shapes and dried on a cloth. It is stored by coating it with starch.
