Preparation
It is prepared like sausage mixture with a slightly higher starch ratio. After boiling for two hours, it is poured into trays with a side height of five to six cm. After seven or eight hours, it is sliced and placed on clean cloths, turned upside down/upside down for two days, and when it dries, it is sprinkled with starch and stored in cloth bags.
