Rice Soup

Ingredients (Serves 4)
1 cup rice
1.5 tablespoons tomato paste
1.5 tablespoons plain oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon mint
5 cups water
Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation
After the oil in the pot is heated well, tomato paste is added and roasted, water is added and left to boil. Rice that has been sorted and washed before is added to the boiling water and cooked until it becomes mushy. Add lemon juice, salt and mint, remove from heat and serve.
