Püşürük Soup

Ingredients (Serves 6)
2 cups flour
7 cups water
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons clarified butter
Salt
Preparation
Flour is sprinkled on a large tray and a glass of salted water is added to it, then the tray is rotated until the dough reaches the size of chickpeas. Put 6 cups of water and salt in a pot and boil, add the dough balls to the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes or until the flour smell disappears. Melt and heat the clarified butter in a separate pan, add finely chopped onions to the heated oil, fry well and add to the boiling dough balls. After boiling for a while, remove from heat and serve hot.
