Seasoned Flour Soup

Ingredients (Serves 6)
4 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 egg
1 lemon juice
1.5 tablespoons plain oil
14 cups meat broth
1 teaspoon black pepper

For the sauce
1 tablespoon plain oil
1 teaspoon dried mint
1 teaspoon red pepper

Preparation
Heat the plain oil in a pot. After adding the tomato paste and frying it in two tablespoons of oil, Add twelve cups of broth and let it boil. In a deep bowl, whisk the flour, two cups of broth, eggs and lemon juice thoroughly. Take a ladleful of boiling water from the pot and add it to the flour mixture and heat the mixture. When it is completely heated, slowly add it back to the boiling water in the pot and let it boil. When it boils, add salt and pepper and remove from heat and serve on a serving plate with red pepper and mint oil poured on top. Add crusty bread if desired.
