Minced Meat Bread

Ingredients (Serves 6) 
1 kg ground meat pulled from lamb cavity
6 large onions
4-5 red peppers in season 
3 tomatoes
3 tablespoons tomato paste
4-5 tablespoons red pepper flakes 
Spices
Salt

Preparation
Put the ground meat on the tray. Onion, red pepper flakes, tomato, fresh red pepper in season are chopped very small and added. Tomato paste, salt, black pepper, spices are added, a glass of water is added, mixed well, sent to the oven and cooked. Those who are interested also chop walnuts inside. It is eaten with parsley, mint, radish and ayran; with lemon in the winter and with oven-roasted and peeled eggplant in the summer.

*The name given to lahmacun (Arabic lahm=meat and 'acm=dough) in the Urfa dialect. It is also called minced meat.
