Dogmec

Ingredients (Serves 4)
3 crumbled dry yufka bread
½ kilo tomatoes
3-4 red or green peppers
200 gr cheese
1 large onion
5-6 green onions
1 bunch parsley
½ bunch mint
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Breads are crumbled. Finely chopped cheese, peeled and finely chopped tomatoes, finely chopped green pepper, onion, tomato paste, chili pepper, cinnamon are mixed and kneaded. When the bread is soft, finely chopped green onion, parsley and mint are added and mixed, squeezed in the palm of your hand and served. It is eaten with ayran, mint, chopped cucumber and tomato.
