Sop

Ingredients (For 5 People)
1 kg fatty pieces of meat
½ kg yogurt
4 cloves of garlic

Preparation
The meat is cut into small pieces and placed in a pot, water is added to it and it is cooked well, then salt is added and the cooked meat is shredded well. Open bread** is cut into small pieces and placed on plates and the meat and tiridi are poured on top with a ladle. Those who wish can pour the previously prepared garlic yogurt on their plate; if desired, squeeze lemon and add crushed garlic.
