Taplama

Ingredients (Serves 4)
½ kg pounded lentil flour 
2 onions
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes 
Salt and black pepper

Preparation
It is mostly cooked on days when bread is made at home. After peeling and washing the onions, they are finely chopped. Lentil flour is placed in a tray, chopped onion, red pepper flakes and enough salt are added and a solid dough is kneaded with water. With the help of a rolling pin, the bread is rolled out to a plate size of half a cm thick. Cook on a low heat on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot
