Yogurt Kebab

Ingredients (For 5 People)
4 pieces (lavash) flat bread
½ kg low-fat ground meat
½ kg yogurt
1 tablespoon tomato paste
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon mint
1 teaspoon chili pepper
4-5 tablespoons oil

Preparation
Breads are sliced into squares and placed on a large tray. In a pan, sauté tomato paste in two tablespoons of oil, boil half a glass of water and salt for a couple of minutes and add it to the bread. The minced meat skewered on skewers is cooked on the barbecue in the form of kebabs* and spread on the bread. The prepared garlic yogurt and then the red pepper and mint seared in the remaining oil in the pan are poured onto the tray and placed on serving plates.
*Minced meat can also be made by roasting it in a pan and spreading it over sliced bread.
