Apple Kebab

Ingredients (Serves 4)
1 kg low-fat minced meat pulled with a razor blade
3 kg small green apples
Salt
Preparation
The middle (the middle) of a green apple the size of a large walnut is removed with a tool called zurna or a punch, then like other kebabs, an apple and a piece of meat are stuck in it and cooked on the barbecue. The burnt skins of the apples are removed and rolled into a roll and eaten deliciously with onion, roasted isot and ayran in June, July and August.
