Apple Tray Kebab

Ingredients (For 5 People)
2 kg small green apples 
1 kg medium fat ground meat 1 teaspoon salt
1 cup oil

Preparation
Wash the walnut sized apples, knead the meat with salt in a bowl and shape it by hand to the size of kebab meat. Place one meat/one apple on a tray in circles. When the tray is full, pour oil on it and bake in the oven. It is made into a flatbread (open) and eaten with onion, green pepper and ayran.
