Onion Kebab

Ingredients (Serves 6)
1 kg low-fat minced meat pulled with armor
3 kg walnut-sized onions
Pomegranate molasses
Preparation
Dried onions are skewered with their skins, one meat and one onion, and cooked like other kebabs. The onions are peeled when eaten. Half a teaspoon of pomegranate molasses (sour) is spread in between when making the wrap, and eaten with roasted isot and ayran. After eggplants and tomatoes are withdrawn from the market, they are mostly eaten in autumn and winter.
