Liver Kebab

Ingredients (For 4 People)
1 kg sheep liver
½ kg tail

Preparation
The liver is washed and cut into large dice, and the tails are prepared in the same way. Two livers are skewered on special skewers thinner than kebab skewers, in the shape of a tail, and cooked on the barbecue. It is eaten hot with ayran in every season, wrapped in open (lavash) bread, with small onions and roasted - preferably red - peppers.
